Refunds / Cancellation.

C7Physio HealthCare is committed to providing high-quality physiotherapy services to our clients. We value your trust and appreciate your business. However, due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason. This policy applies to all our services, including consultations, assessments, treatments, and programs.

No Refunds

All sales are final and no refunds will be issued. Once you book an appointment, pay for a service, or enroll in a program, you agree to this policy and waive your right to request a refund.

No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges or credits for any of our services. You cannot transfer your appointment, service, or program to another person or date.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must notify us at least 8 hours in advance. You can contact us by phone, email, or online booking system. If you cancel or reschedule within 3 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price. If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full service price.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy at our sole discretion. We may issue a partial or full refund or exchange in the following cases:

  • You have a medical emergency or a serious illness that prevents you from attending your appointment or completing your service or program.
  • You have a valid doctor’s note or other proof of your medical condition.
  • You notify us as soon as possible and provide us with the necessary documentation.

We will review your request and decide whether to grant a refund or exchange on a case-by-case basis. We will notify you of our decision within 10 business days.
